Northeast Railway Recruitment 2014  for  Sports Quota posts: 

In order to fill up 2 posts in GP ` 1900 and 10 posts in GP ` 1800 against Scouts & Guides quota for the year 2014-15,
 applications are invited from eligible candidates. Candidates having no Scout/Guide qualifications, as
prescribed below, need not apply.

Educational qualification:

1. GP 1900: Applicants must have matriculation.
2. GP 1800: Applicant Has integrated  the matriculation, ITI or the comparable qualification.

Fees Schedule: 

        a.GP 1900 - The payment of fee to be as Rs. 100 

        b.GP 1800 - The payment of Rs. 40.

Age limit:

 18 years to 33 years and this age is mandatory as on the date of 1^st Jan 2015.

Selection Method: The procedure which is being proclaimed regarding the selection of the applicants had pierced the series initially with

1. written test 

2. personality test and also

3. medical examination.

a.GP 1900 – 2 post
b.GP 1800  – 10 posts

Scheme to submit an application: The process which is being thoroughly stated by the Northeast Frontier Railway so that applicants get listed is the most general and appropriate method to make the count of the applicants. Under the process announced applicants are requested to make the use of the application that is under the suitable format. Applicants are requested to send the application with all the necessary certification and documents.

1.Closing Form 15^th Sep 2014. Leaving Point 2 Candidate(For General Living Area Applicants)

2.Closing Form 25^th Sep 2014. - 

• candidates residing in Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul & Spiti Districts, Pangi 
• Sub-Division in Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Lakshadweep and abroad.

CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE:

(i) Necessary testimonials concerning Scouts & Guides activities up to the date of application, along with 

copies of certificates regarding age, qualification, etc. – all duly attested by a Gazetted Officer should 

be enclosed along with the application.

(ii) Two self-addressed envelopes (size 24cm x 10cm) with Rs. 6/- postage stamp affixed on each 

envelope and sent along with the application. (SC/ST candidates need not send such envelopes.)

(iii) PHOTOGRAPHS: Three copies of recent passport size photographs in proper uniform duly signed
